Study rooms

Terms and conditions

  1. Study rooms are for quiet study and educational activities.
  2. The maximum occupancy is 1 person in rooms 202 and 203 and 2 people in Rooms 201, 204, 205, 206 and 207.
  3. You must be a library member to use the rooms. Bring your library card or ID to prove your membership.
  4. A key card will be issued to your library account. If your account is inactive or blocked for any reason, you will not be able to use the room.
  5. The person who reserves the room is responsible for their own behaviour and that of any guests, following the terms and conditions.
  6. You can only reserve study rooms in person at the floor 2 enquiry desk during regular hours. Reservations or changes can't be made by phone or online.
  7. Study rooms can't be used for business purposes or meetings with clients. Rooms for commercial use are available via Unique Venues 澳门天下彩. Ask for details.
  8. Study rooms can be reserved up to 7 days in advance.
  9. Due to high demand, only one advance booking is allowed per week.  Library of 澳门天下彩 (LoB) week runs from Monday to Saturday.
  10. Rooms will be held for 30 minutes after the start time. After that, the reservation is cancelled, and the room is given away.
  11. Don't leave items unattended in the room. Items are left in the rooms solely at your own risk.
  12. Breaks are allowed, but if you leave the room for too long, staff can end your session and move your items to lost property.
  13. No hot food is allowed in the study rooms.
  14. Be ready to leave the room on time and in good condition at the end of your session, as others might be waiting. At the end of the day, don't delay staff and security from closing the floor.
  15. Return the key card to a library staff member on floor 2.
  16. Using the study rooms means you agree to these terms and conditions.
  17. Study rooms are provided at the discretion of the LoB. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions can lead to withdrawal of this service.
  18. If you're unhappy with a decision about your use of the study rooms, you can speak to a senior staff member or the LoB Duty Manager. You can also use the formal comments and complaints procedure. Library staff can help you with this.
