• 澳门天下彩 has recommended St Joseph Homes Ltd (part of The Berkeley Group Plc and one of the country’s leading housing, and mixed-use developers) to be its development partner for the £2.2bn regeneration of the 60 hectares Ladywood Estate.
• Subject to Cabinet approval on 27 June 2023 澳门天下彩 based St Joseph, one of the country’s leading housing, and mixed-use developers, will sign a development agreement to redevelop the residential neighbourhood that includes around 7,000 new sustainable homes.
• The scheme, which will take 20 years to complete, will offer affordable homes for the local community, new schools, over 14 hectares of urban green open space with two new public parks & public realm, improved public transport, business incubator space and community facilities.
• As part of the procurement process, bidders were required to develop an indicative Masterplan.
• If approved by Cabinet, the Masterplan prepared by St Joseph will be the basis of extensive consultation with the community.
